How do I request a quotation?
Choose a model and send your quantity, destination country and intended venue. Include the route or space available so we can discuss a suitable configuration.
Can I request a custom configuration?
Yes. Tell us your preferred appearance, colour, branding, seating and operating requirements. Feasibility and the final configuration are confirmed for the selected model before an order.
What are the minimum quantity and lead time?
These depend on the model, quantity and requested configuration. Ask for the minimum order and current production schedule in your quotation.
How are shipping and packaging arranged?
Provide the destination country and, if known, your delivery city or port. Packaging, freight scope, costs and responsibilities must be agreed in the quotation.
What about warranty and spare parts?
Request the warranty terms and a spare-parts list for your chosen model. Coverage, exclusions, parts costs and the support arrangements are confirmed before ordering.
What payment terms apply?
Payment method, currency and payment milestones are specified in the agreed quotation and order documents. Contact BOEN for the terms for your order.
Can the vehicle operate at my venue?
Send the surface type, gradients, route width, turning space and intended riders. Suitability, operating limits and any destination requirements need to be checked for the exact configuration.
